Donations to the John R. Fritsch Liver Cancer Fund:

John was a one of those people who quietly went about helping others. The family has established a fund to support neuroendocrine carcinoid research and education, which John passionately believed needed more support. You can find out more about John’s experience on his memorial page.

:  We realize you probably didn’t give (or aren’t going to give) to the fund to get a tax deduction.  We wanted to let you know that, at this point, donations aren’t deductible (that seems to take a long time to set up with the IRS).  We didn’t want you to get in trouble with the IRS because of your generosity, which is why we are letting you know about tax status here.
